Vince received his undergraduate degree in marketing from the University of Arizona. He went on to become an aviator in the Air Force and then taught leadership at the mid-level Squadron Officer's School. Later, he achieved his master's degree in finance from Golden Gate University, receiving the outstanding finance award for 1990, but true to his eventual calling, he always dabbled in houses and land purchases throughout his Air Force career. In 2003, after retiring from the Air Force, Vince became a Real Estate agent ready to fulfill his long time goals. His hobbies include hiking and spear fishing.
